That's my daughter on the Dragon's Descent ride at Funtown/Splashtown in Saco, Maine.
This is a completely hybrid layout. I have a hard time finding papers and collections that work for my mature teen so I always turn to Jeanine's DeOre's digital kits at Scrapmatters.com. this Is the RETRO kit which also had accents that I wanted to use, the big tag along the top and the "fun" button. I've added ribbon accents and blinged up the titles.
