This week I will be sharing cards I created last week using some of the sketches from PaperCrafts Magazine.
This card is 6x6", made of black cardstock, (Frances Meyer), GCD designer paper, 2 sizes of metal washers, silver chain and a chipboard skull die cut (LazerLines). Shadow effect created with decorating chalks (ColorZ Chalk). The card front was mounted to the card with dimensional foam tape (3L) to give room for the chain that was tucked into each washer. The title is Rub ons.
A little inspiration here from my honey and daughter who are both drummers and "rock on" regularly :o)

I like this technique, is the chain all one continuous piece or did you cut it into different sections? Thanks BeckyReplyDelete
I snipped it into shorter pieces with a wire cutter. Thanks for visiting the blog!ReplyDelete
I love your card. I need to copy your design except use pink for my daughter in law who loves pink & skulls & crossbones! Thanks for sharing!ReplyDelete
