  2. WOW....check out that studio. I am soooo jealous!! My hubby is in the military and we move a lot leaving me very little space for storage and crafting. Maybe when he retires I will get a space like yours!! Having two smaller children, I tend to do scrapbooking and cards more than anything. There are always paper scraps and ink stains all over my desk but I love every mess I make!! I use MTC software with a Cricut E. I make my own svg files and some digi stamp and share them on my blog. Not sure if you use any software such as this but you should come by my blog and check out my freebies!! Thanks for having this awesome giveaway!! :)Patti

  5. Love your studio! Super nice! I love all types of crafting. From some very simple sewing projects to papercrafting. Right now, I am mainly working on scrapbooking and have started making cards. I love stamps, but have never done the digi stamping. Not sure how to even start with those?? My favorite product line at the moment is Imaginisce and I am loving DCWV cardstock as well. I have a cricut, and just recently upgraded to an Expression, and am trying to build my library of cartridges. I just recently got a cuttlebug and am loving the embossing folders. I think it adds a lot to my cards. Thanks again for the chance to win! Sorry about the babbling! :)

  6. I can't wait to see the studio completed. Looks good already. I started scrapbooking 4 years ago and just did LOs. In the past 1 1/2 years, I started making cards and love it. I love using my cricut and have recently started stamping and using digis. I also love adding ribbon and bling to everything which my hubby makes fun of. I am getting a Big Shot for my birthday and am quite excited. May seems like so long away but I promised my hubby I would wait. Thanks for the chance to win and I am now a follower. Look forward to following your blog!

  7. Oh, I am so jealous! I have an 8x8 room that is also a storeroom. To work on my sewing I have to move my laptop and Cricut.

I am heavily into scrapbooking as one of my projects is a photo album/scrapbook for my older daughter. Younger daughter's is done. Then I have 32 years of photos to go through to sort/toss/save and then eventually album/scrapbook them.

In my spare time, I play with my Cricut. I have one cartridge, but use Sure Cuts A Lot to really do what I want. Right now I seem to be collecting a lot of paper that is so pretty I don't want to use it. I'm learning to make cards, which is kind of a hit and miss situation.

  8. Wow your studio is coming along so well! Just beautiful and so much space! I've only been making cards but just recently started scrapbooking. I began with stamping but since receiving my cricut create I've only been stamping sentiments. I have never used rubber stamps mostly clear ones. I will be starting distressing soon but before I do I'll probably watch lots tutorials first haha. I mostly use embellishments like ribbon, pearls and bling at the moment. As I get more experience I'll start using flowers and buttons and so on. I'll be posting about this as soon as I can, thank you for the chance!

  9. Wow I am so jealous of your space!!! How inspiring! I do a lot of different things. I would say that working on scrapbooking pages (mostly Disney related) and cards are what I do the most of. I've recently started sewing on my cards and am loving it! I'm trying to branch out more with sewing ribbon and fabric on my cards as well...and sometimes buttons. I also do a lot of school related projects both for my boys and for the entire school since I am the PTO President and very involved.

I love Bo Bunny, Imaginisce, Little Yellow Bicycle...oh who am I kidding...when it comes to paper and embellishments...I LOVE EVERYONE! lol

Thank you so much for the chance to give a good home to some of your stuff! I would love to have you stop by my blog and take a look!

  13. It looks like you're going to have an amazing space when you're done..congratulations. I am converting a walk in closet into my crafty space, so I love seeing people's craft space(large or small) so I can get storage ideas.
I haven't ever tried digital scrapping, but do enjoy scrapping, card making, making banners, and sewing. Sometimes it's hard to find the time because I have irregular work hours (I'm a police dispatcher)and my shift changes every 4 months, so a lot of the time I'm just focusing on adjusting, lol. When I am home, and conscious, I think I'd like to get better at embellishing and some of the little extra touches that make projects special, like using more fabric, stitches, and trims.
Anyways...can't wait til your craft studio reveal...looks like it's gonna be great.

  16. Looking forward to seeing the finished studio, love the wood floors!
I have been crafting since I was about 6. I really enjoyed crafting with my sons when they were little. Now it's just me. I enjoy knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, sewing, stained glass, stamping, using my cricut, cuttlebug, digis.... I just love all kinds of crafts. I started making cards about 10 years ago but was too busy to do it for the last 5 years. I just got back into it in Nov. 2010, when I saw the cricut on HSN for the first time. I decided it was time to set up my new craft room and unpack everything since we moved to our new house 3 years ago. Now i am also working on scrapbooking and enjoying learning so many new things from all the wonderful blogs out here.

Thank you so much for the chance to win so many wonderful goodies:)

  18. Can't wait to see photos of the finished project. I usually do LOs & cards but like making home projects. I love using stamps, and flowers; bling & ribbon are usually on my cards and I love, love, love my Cricut & Cuttlebug. I can't wait until May because my hubby is getting me a Big Shot and I feel like a little kid at Christmas waiting for it :0) My hubby also makes fun of me because I love paper and he says I have an addiction. Okay he is right, I do have a little bit of an addiction; but who doesn't! :0)Thank you for the chance to win!

  19. Hi Becky! What a lovely space you're moving into ... I especially love the hardwood floors, so easy to sweep up those bitty pieces of paper.

I'm glad you asked about me in your giveaway. All my life, I've been into one sort of crafting or another, to a point that my Dad used to say I'd make a great kindergarten teacher. I took that as an insult back then, but nowadays, sure wish I was one! I'd have a blast, as I did when I volunteered as a Brownie leader. I love the kids' pure innocence and excitement in making crafts and discovering talent and joy that lurks within each of us.

Do you remember the book, "Everything I Need To Know I Learned in Kindergarten?" It's so true! Back then, I aced scissors, paper and glue, as well as how to make friendships. Granted, it was back in the dark ages before computers, so I sure didn't learn about blogging, but that is now my favorite joy. I love to try new crafts, experiment with unusual media, mix/match, and come up with tips and projects to share with my online family.

I truly enjoy papercrafting the most, I think. Pretty papers, creative thought, etc. I am in love with my Cricut Expression (and have 2 of them, plus a Cricut Cake). I've done jewelry making, watercoloring, and years ago, macrame! Oh gosh, now I am aging myself!!!

Thank you for any chance to win your cast-offs!! Rest assured, what I don't want or need will be upcycled to the nearest kindergarten class or senior center. I'm thinking about making cards for the local woman's shelter too; how nice would that be?!

    Warmest regards,

Wow, first I want to thank you for your generosity! I started as a stamper, then added scrapbooking. Lately I have been attempting the mixed media art and really love repurposing castoff items! My sister and I share all of our supplies and would love the chance to maybe get to use some things we haven't got to try yet! Thank you again for the chance to win some of your treasures!

  23. Becky, i love your new craft room. I started out as a sewer making clothing, then moved toward home dec and quilting. I made jewelery when i was in high school and want to get back into this. I am also a needleartist and make XS pictures. About 10 years ago the card making bug bit me and it all started with a Stampin' Up party. Then i bought a Cricut Expression and later the Imagine. I had a Craft room built also last year which is always in a state of organization but it is nice to be able to leave a project out until it is finished.
